¡Sí, se puede! Yes, We Can!
The strongest glue in our classroom? It’s not white glue, tacky glue, or even Gorilla Glue. The thing that binds us together is our GROWTH MINDSET. We know that without it, we can’t travel very far as a group, or individually. And we have so many places to go! Right from within the walls of room six, we can travel the world, share our ideas and learn from our friends across the land and oceans. We are excited to share our learning and meet the challenges ahead; and we look forward to hearing from YOU! Carpe diem!
The post is very inspiring.
Thank you, Henry. You are all so inspiring to me and each other!
Yay! You finally posted!
Thank you for the kudos, Ty!
I like how you wrote the part in the beginning where it says “What’s the strongest glue in our classroom? It’s not white glue, tacky glue, or even Gorilla Glue. The thing that binds us together is our GROWTH MINDSET.” I also like how you added in a picture of the DENSITY TOWER to sort of emphasize what you wrote. I can still remember what the layers were from top to bottom – Honey, Corn Syrup (dyed green), a Dish Soap Milk Mix, Vegetable Oil, Water (dyed red), and Isopropyl Alcohol (dyed black). The last thing I have to say to the author is a question. What does “Carpe Diem” mean? Keep learning?
Carpe Diem – Seize the Day! Make the best of each day. It is a gift.
I really like the way you set up the post! I love the picture too!
Thank you, Hailey!
